Lepas 6 minggu kahwin,b ajak i jalan2 kawasan sini untuk cari rumah untuk di beli. sebelum kahwin, mmg i duduk kota masai.sewa kat cni lebih kurang 3 bulan sebelum kahwin. I pon baru pindah pasir gudang,may 2013. I pon xfamiliar sgt kawasan cni,just pegi balik keje je.

Masa dari rumah nak keluar mmg ade lalu kawasan rambai.mmg nampak bunting rumah ni.tapi mase ni b cakap rumah ni mahal sgt.kite tgk tempat lain dulu.masa ni display price kt bunting 298k n 301k

So,the 1st area we survey is taman scientex. Mase tuh mcm xbanyak rumah yg ade,n new project belum launch lg. But the price is ok. Harga below 200k. So kita pon terus pergi sales gallery nk tny a few question, but the sales person a bit unfriendly. He dont really bother to answer. we a bit frustrated, but later, thanks to him. If not because of him, we might end up at scientex.

later kita jalan area tg puteri sampai ke areataman rinting. But we couldnt find any new project or even any advertisements.

then, we decide to go back and again lalu lagi kawasan rambai and decide untuk singgah tgk rumah rambai.itu pon i yg ajak b singgah.i cakap dgn b,takpe kite tgk je dulu,xbeli pon xpe.tengok2 je.
 Masa tuh dah agak petang and we dont really have much time left. Kita cuma tgk rumah type b yg harge 298k.mase tuh mmg agk suke dgn rumah tuh sbb die jenis cluster type. Dapatla tanah siket kt tepi rumah. Then mase nk balik,guard ada bagi pamplet rumah

Then dalam kereta i ad perasan ade 1 line to die state '  15% discount for bumi lot'
Apelagi,terus lompat kire n bgtaw b ok x harge ni. B cakap ok.then kat rumah smbung lagi belek2 pamplet to sbb die ade bg plan rumah.

belek punye belek i lagi minat type a compare to b, sbb a die dah bahagi2 kan ruang tamu, dapur sume.n setiap bilik kecuali bilik tengah ade tingkap. Tapi mase tengok show house kita cume tgk type b je.sbb xjumpe rumah type a yg mane.

Alhamdullillah, kunci dah dapat. Sekarang dalam process beli barang2 untuk rumah.

Since I dont really have much ppl to refer to on where to buy things, which shop offer great discounts & etc. So basically i gather all the info from internet. most of them from klang valley area. so  b n i decide to have a blog to give information to those who live near by.
Btw,we live in taman kota masai pasir gudang.

Maybe,i rase patutnya blog ni dibuat long after we buy the house, at least we also can get more info from the reader, tapi sebab sebelum ni masa sangat2 macam xcukup. Er.skrg pon bz jgk.hehe.Blog ni hny dapat dimulakan lepas more than 1 week dpt kunci.
